Leave a little room for wandering
A world worth exploring deserves more than a race through a checklist. There is nothing wrong with efficient leveling, but it is not the only good way to spend an evening.
Read a quest that catches your attention. Try a profession you have never spent time on. Walk into an unfamiliar corner of the map with a friend. Small discoveries are part of what makes a shared world feel alive.
Match the pace to the group
Before a dungeon, find out whether everyone knows the route and whether anyone is learning. Before a leveling session, agree on a rough goal. A quick conversation avoids one person racing ahead while another wonders what they missed.
If you are bringing a newer player, let them experience the game instead of making every decision for them. Offer useful help and give them room to ask for more.
Progress has more than one shape
A boss kill is progress. So is a returning player finding their feet, a new healer getting comfortable, or a quiet guildmate feeling welcome enough to join the next group.
There will be nights for focused progression and nights for seeing where the road goes. We want a guild with room for both.
