Capture the moment
Keep the original screenshot when possible. Include a short caption explaining what happened, who was there if they are comfortable being named, and roughly when it happened. A one-sentence story often makes the image much more memorable.
Check before sharing
Look for private chats, personal information, or anything a guildmate would not want on a public website. Get permission before sharing somebody else’s photo or personal story. An in-game character name is usually enough.
Pass it to an officer
Share the image with the guild’s officers through the guild Discord. Officers can add approved screenshots and stories to the gallery. The scrapbook has room for first clears, funny moments, leveling adventures, and guild gatherings.
